The projects fifth meeting took place in Birmingham In November 2019. The two day meeting was separated by the UK Multiplier event which gave participants the chance to meet project partners. Amongst the topics discussed were:
1 . The Systematic Literature Review
This groundbreaking piece of work led by Professor Kevin Burden with assistance and support from several of the project partners is looking for answers to an important question for the project:
'What do empirical studies in school education indicate are the teaching and learning strategies that positively affect girls’ attitudes and interest in STEM subjects?'
We expect to have some results to disseminate early in 2019.
2. Planning for our international multiplier (Cyprus May 16th - 17th)
It is now possible to register - see the Multiplier tab for details.
3. National training courses
Each country is running some national events, for the UK there will be an online course coming early in 2019
